Echoes in Transition｜过渡回响
探讨 记忆与变迁 之间的关系。“Echo” 意味着回响，是来自过去的痕迹与当下的回应；“Transition” 则指向流动与转变。在全球化与身份不断迁移的语境下，我们既能听见传统文化的余音，也能感受到当下社会与个体的变动。
这一主题呼应了东西方哲思中的“回声”意象：在西方，它象征历史与个体经验的回荡；在东方，它与“缘起” “无常”的观念交织，强调一切事物在流转中彼此影响、相互生成。
展览希望通过不同艺术家作品的回响与对话，呈现 个体与集体、记忆与现实、稳定与流动 之间的张力与融合。艺术不仅是记录过去的痕迹，更是推动转化的力量。观众在展览中，既能听见“过去的回声”，也能感受到“正在发生的转变”，并由此思考如何在不确定的当下，找到属于自己的回应。
Echoes in Transition explores the relationship between memory and change. “Echo” signifies reverberation—a trace of the past and a response in the present—while “Transition” points to movement and transformation. In a context shaped by globalization and shifting identities, we can hear the lingering resonance of tradition while also sensing the ongoing transformations of society and the self.
This theme resonates with the notion of the “echo” in both Western and Eastern thought: in the West, it symbolizes the reverberation of history and individual experience; in the East, it intertwines with concepts such as dependent origination and impermanence, emphasizing how all things are continuously shaped through processes of becoming and interrelation.
Through the interplay and dialogue of works by different artists, the exhibition seeks to reveal the tension and convergence between the individual and the collective, memory and reality, stability and flux. Art is not only a record of what has been, but also a force that propels transformation.
